Trademark Refund Policy

 

1. Before Intake Form Submission: Client is entitled to the entire fee minus a $200 case initiation fee .

 

2. After Intake Form Submission: Upon receiving your intake form, we promptly initiate the comprehensive search process. If you request a refund after submitting the intake form, you will receive a refund minus a $500

 

3. After Trademark Application Submission to USPTO: Once the trademark application has been submitted to the USPTO, no refunds can be issued.

 

Contract Templates Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of our contract templates, they are non-refundable. Once purchased, Lawbrella does not offer refunds since the templates are available for immediate download. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with one of our products, please contact us at info@lawbrella.org, and we will make every effort to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution.
